Princess Orchestra #7: "The Trouble With Chocolate" – Recap
Minamo Sorando takes center stage in this heartfelt episode, experimenting in the kitchen with a new recipe for white and dark chocolate balls. Inspired by her growing friendships, she wants to create something special to share with the people who’ve come to mean so much to her over the past few months.
After carefully preparing the sweets, Minamo heads to a quaint cat café to meet Kaguri Shirube and Ichigou Nagase. She presents them with the chocolate balls, hoping to enjoy a quiet afternoon together. However, the moment takes an unexpected turn when a conversation with Kaguri drifts into deeper territory.
The two begin to argue about the nature of their friendship—how far they've come since they met, and whether the bond they’ve built is as strong as they thought. Minamo feels unappreciated, while Kaguri struggles to express herself. The emotional tension between them begins to ripple with magical energy, and without warning, a rift opens in the café, forcing the girls into battle once again.
Fighting side by side while still emotionally shaken, Minamo and Kaguri must confront the threat before them—and the one between them. After the conflict ends and the rift is sealed, Minamo takes a quiet moment with Kaguri outside the café.
Realizing her own part in the misunderstanding, Minamo sincerely apologizes for the argument earlier that day. As a gesture of reconciliation and renewed trust, she gives Kaguri an extra bag of her handmade chocolate balls—this time, with a smile.
